Charmien Returns to the Gene Frankel Theatre as Leading Role Kate Devin in New Play


Charles Vash is a doctor, an alchemist, and a thief. He is also the most miserable man in all of Manhattan. Over five years ago he lost his beloved “Angel of the Night”, Kate, to suicide. There was no note, and no explanation as to why.

Ever since then, he has been searching for answers. Searching for some way to reach Kate. He has traveled through Space, Time, and Heaven in his exploration.

But it is in Hell that Charles finally found someone who will offer him a deal.

And what of Kate? What is her mystery? Why did she die? And will she be able to save Charles from himself after all that he has done to reach her?

Will they be able to save each other from a fate worse than death?

Feature-Length Film Totem Chaser To Make New York Debut in May


"Of the multiple talents of Charmien Byrd, it was her dance background that gave the ghost a magical energy."

Totem Chaser, the first feature by director George Tsouris, will have a preview screening at Alpine Cinema in Brooklyn on Wednesday May 3rd, 2023.

The camp horror movie has an ensemble cast, starring Catherine Valentine (Japanese Borscht), Marquevias Turner (Pause With Sam Jay), and Cody Michalowski (Love Sick) as tv ghost hunters. Arielle Hope (Theresa And Allison) and Charmien Byrd (The Rock of Gibraltar) play counterpoints of the cast as members of the Totem Cult. Also starring in the thriller are Daniel Alatorre (FBI on CBS) and Briana Brown (Love Sick).

Infernal The Musical Continues Journey with Private Industry Readings

The new musical by Misha Mullany presented the full 2-act version for the first time in front of industry professionals and guests at Theater 555 on Thursday, January 26th and Friday, January 27th, 2023. Directed by highly acclaimed director and choreographer Alex Sanchez and produced by Perry Street Productions as an AEA 29 hour reading.
